Julie Farach, founder of Farach Family Law in Delray Beach, uses her experience to support and defend her clients.
Prior to pursuing her legal career, Farach was a psychotherapist who helped families work through various mental health issues. It was after a difficult divorce that she found her purpose to pursue a legal career. Farach earned her law degree from Nova Southeastern University and was admitted into the Florida Bar in her late forties.
Upon graduation, Farach earned the title of associate attorney with a prominent South Florida law firm and gained experience alongside one of the most influential attorneys in South Florida. In 2023, she made the courageous decision to open her own firm.
“I am determined and hard working. “I care about my clients,” Farach says, and her results prove it.
Farach’s practice focuses on family and matrimonial law. She helps her clients navigate the divorce process as smoothly as possible. Thanks to her psychotherapy background, she approaches family law matters from an individually focused, holistic perspective. Farach knows all too well how taxing it can be to battle these situations.
“The overwhelming grief for the future you once hoped for is often too much to bear alone.”
Farach prides her practice on her empathetic approach. Applying her mental health background to her cases allows her to understand the underlying cause of certain behaviors, posturing her clients for success.
“I can be your shield or your sword.” She defends each clients’ concerns as if they were her own. When you merge her understanding of mental health with the knowledge of the laws, you have a lawyer who is equipped to lead you to victory in the family law arena.
“I love helping my client get what they deserve and walk away from their divorce with the tools necessary to rebuild their life.”
Farach recently received a Pro Bono Volunteer Award from Florida Rural Legal Services. She also volunteers with HomeSafe, which advocates for domestic violence victims.
